|Description:||Provides high-level support to President/CEO while enhancing executive office effectiveness by providing information management support and representing President/CEO both in and out of the office. |
|Duties:||•Produces information through a variety of means including but not necessarily limited to transcribing, formatting, editing, inputting, retrieving, copying and transmitting text/data/graphics|
•Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering questions, and directing inquiries
•Maintains executive appointment schedule by effectively planning, scheduling and/or organizing meetings, conferences, teleconferences, events, travel, etc.
•Maximizes efficiency and conserves President/CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters/emails/documents, collecting/analyzing information, initiating telecommunications, and more
•Provides historical reference by developing and making use of filing and retrieval systems and keeping records of meetings/discussions/etc.
•Maintains customer/employer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
|Qualifications:||•Excellent verbal and written communication|
•Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills
•Consummate organizational/time-management capabilities
•Solid administrative and computer proficiencies (Word and Excel required)
•High degree of professionalism
•Positive, can-do attitude
•Ability to adapt/adjust in an often fast-paced environment
